1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 85+ countries/regions globally, including the U.S. mainland, major European nations (UK, Germany, France), Asia-Pacific (Japan, Australia), and key Southeast Asian areas. Remote locations (e.g., remote islands, conflict zones) are excluded—you’ll get a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders ship from our Las Vegas, Nevada facility (1270 Burnham Ave, Las Vegas Nevada 89104) or partner overseas warehouses.
- Timeline: 2-4 business days for U.S./European core regions; 6-9 business days for remote areas. Customs clearance may add 1-2 days—track progress via your order link.
- Special Packaging: Keychains use padded envelopes to prevent scratches; plastic figures are wrapped in bubble wrap; plush toys use breathable bags to keep stuffing fluffy.
3. Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $35 (applies to all items: keychains, plastic figures, plush toys).
- Orders under $35: $3 (U.S. mainland), $5 (Europe), $7 (Asia-Pacific), $10 (other regions) (includes protective packaging costs).
- Express Shipping (near-warehouse areas only): $6-$12 extra for 1-2 business days delivery—select “Express” at checkout.
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Check status in “My Orders” or via carriers (USPS/DHL). For delays (over 3 days) or damaged items, email chrisg352@yahoo.com with photos for help.
5. Key Notes
- Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—covered by the recipient per local regulations.
- Address Accuracy: Provide a complete address (house number, phone). Wrong addresses cause delays/loss—$5 re-shipping fee applies.
