1. Eligibility Requirements

  • Quality Issues: Defects (e.g., broken keychain clips, loose plush stuffing) require clear photos for verification.
  • Wrong Items: Provide order screenshots and product photos to confirm incorrect designs/sizes.

2. Process Steps

  1. Request: Email chrisg352@yahoo.com with your order number, item type, reason for return/exchange, and supporting proof.
  2. Approval: We respond within 2 business days. Approved requests get a return address (our Las Vegas hub: 1270 Burnham Ave, Las Vegas Nevada 89104, or nearby warehouse) and a return ID (must be on the package).
  3. Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Use padded packaging to protect small parts (e.g., keychain charms) during transit.
  4. Finalization: We inspect returns in 3-5 days. Eligible exchanges ship within 48 hours; refunds process in 3-5 business days.

3. Fee Details

  • Quality/Wrong Items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to $15 via logistics receipt).
  • Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping + a 3% restocking fee (based on item price).
  • Ineligible Items: Used, damaged-by-user, or unboxed items are refused—you bear return shipping costs.
